TOM BLISS, CEO
Tom began as an emerging-growth company banker specializing in equity, debt and convertible financing and M&A. He then transitioned to the life sciences, with his first principal role coming at Johnson+Johnson where he prepared licensing and acquisition transactions for Executive Committee review. After J+J, Tom ran business development groups at Baxter BioScience and Amgen.
SCOTT HAMPTON, COO & Founder
A biotechnology engineer and commercialization expert with extensive experience in negotiating licensing agreements. Scott holds numerous patents for ophthalmic implants and surgical tools.
C. DAVID ADAIR, MD
Dave is a board certified maternal-fetal medicine specialist and president of Regional Obstetrical Consultants, an MFM practice with over 70 employees and offices in Chattanooga and Knoxville, TN. Dave is also an Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine.
