TOM BLISS, CEO
Tom began as an emerging-growth company banker specializing in equity, debt and convertible financing and M&A. He then transitioned to the life sciences, with his first principal role coming at Johnson+Johnson where he prepared licensing and acquisition transactions for Executive Committee review. After J+J, Tom ran business development groups at Baxter BioScience and Amgen.
SCOTT HAMPTON, COO
A biotechnology engineer and commercialization expert with extensive experience in negotiating licensing agreements. Scott holds numerous patents for ophthalmic implants and surgical tools.
C. DAVID ADAIR, MD
Dave is a board certified maternal-fetal medicine specialist and president of Regional Obstetrical Consultants, an MFM practice with over 70 employees and offices in Chattanooga and Knoxville. Dave is also an Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine.
